Welcome to my travel blog – Moe’s Atlas

Thank you for visiting. I’m Maureen, or Moe for short. I’m an American expat living in Europe, and this travel and lifestyle blog is about single female travel adventures, and easy get-aways while traveling on business.

Like every travel blogger, I love to travel, having visited nearly 50 countries, and all but four States in the US. Most of the destinations visited were due to a work assignment, and I usually built in a few extra days or weeks to explore further, depending on the destination.

I used to work for Hyatt Hotels Corporation for many years as Marketing Manager and hotel photoshoot art director, and I’ve become accustomed to, and love, medium-to-large premium hotels, boutique and luxury properties, and I appreciate good, quality service. I love to find luxury-on-the-cheap, and look forward to sharing my travels, tips, and thoughts with you. I always try to fit in a bit of ‘me-time’ while on the road and will highlight many not-to-miss experiences to consider.
